Common questions
Your first visit is a full-hour evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We take a history, screen your movement and strength, find the real driver of the problem, map it to a goal-based program, and start hands-on treatment that same day. You’ll leave with a clear plan and a home program on the app.
We don’t guess, and we don’t go by the calendar alone. You’re cleared when you pass objective return-to-activity criteria — strength symmetry, hop and agility testing, and sport-specific demands. For runners we add gait analysis and a graded walk-run progression. The goal is to return durable, not just available.
